A Fresh Chapter in Thoughtful Travel

Every key opens a door to somewhere one-of-a-kind.

It’s been a while.

Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of designing dozens of deeply personal trips—helping clients rediscover places they love, see new corners of the world, and experience travel in a way that feels like it was designed just for them. But in the middle of all that planning, one thing quietly fell to the side: writing.

So I’m starting fresh. This is the first in a new rhythm of blog posts and newsletters—twice a month, thoughtfully written, just like the itineraries I build.

This year also marks the beginning of my third year as a professional travel advisor. I’ve spent that time not only planning trips, but really defining who I am in this work—what I value, what I bring to the table, and why it matters.

Every stay comes with a little something extra. Because my clients are always treated like VIPs.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

✧ I’m detail-obsessed in the best way. I think about the flow of a trip, the drive time to dinner, and how to make everything feel seamless—even when there’s a lot going on behind the scenes.

✧ I design with precision and personalization. No templates. No generic hotel lists. Every trip reflects the client’s style, pace, and what they most want to feel while traveling.

✧ I balance luxury with realism. My clients don’t always need the flashiest option—they need the right one. I love finding those beautiful, boutique experiences that feel special but make sense.

✧ I work with incredible destination partners (DMCs) around the world who elevate everything. They help me bring in local experts, smooth logistics, and unlock behind-the-scenes access. My clients get the benefit of a deeply connected team without ever needing to worry about the moving parts.

✧ Most of all, I’ve realized I work best as a collaborator, not a seller. I’m here to guide, to support, and to thoughtfully nudge when needed—but I’ll never push. Every itinerary is built in conversation.

Not every luxury has to be loud.

When I started planning professionally, I had already spent years crafting complex trips for myself and loved ones—tracking down the perfect hotel, the best street food stall, the local experience you won’t find in a listicle. But this chapter has made me sharper, more intentional, and better at listening. And that’s what makes the work meaningful.
